We are excited and humbled to share four new collaborators to the Colibri Collaborative: Dr. Renato Almanzor, Neha Bangar, Laila Jenkins Perez, and Eric McDonnell. We have learned so much from them and they have shaped Colibri in many ways. Today we announce and celebrate our kinship.

Neha Bangar

My Superpower is helping organizations ask and answer questions that reveal the gaps between their objectives and impact.

Laila Jenkins Perez

My superpower is to excavate and elevate organizational elements that need transformation, while co-creating systems, pathways, and outcomes that are timely, inclusive, transparent, and equitable.

Eric McDonnell

My superpower is helping leaders and organizations to unlock individual and collective genius and power by living and leading with clarity and transparent intentions. I believe that everything rises and falls on leadership.
